ISES at the Botanical Gardens

On March 4, we spent an evening at the beautiful Desert Botanical Gardens photographing the International Special Events Society Arizona Chapter meeting. The meeting focused on Green Events, which was a perfect theme for a garden setting!

It was great to see so many friends at such a lovely event!

2nd Annual Zonie Awards

This summer I attended the 2nd Annual Zonie Awards, which were sponsored by ISES (International Special Events Society) and were held at The Venue in Scottsdale. Check out my previous post about some of the winners from this year's awards! This location is incredible. The awards had a Moulin Rouge theme and special performances by acrobats and contortionists.

I was really surprised that I won this award from the Arizona Event Industry Awards night. What an honor!

The 2nd Annual Zonie Awards were sponsored by ISES (International Special Events Society) and were held at The Venue in Scottsdale. I was voted Best Event Photography, for “A Night in Old Havana.” The pictures were from the 10th Anniversary Party that the Wedding Chronicle held at The Bentley Projects in downtown Phoenix. Thanks to Angie VanDaele of The Wedding Chronicle for allowing me the opportunity to photograph this wonderful event!
