I am so excited that you have joined us on this adventure into the heart of love & photography. Our goal is to educate, inspire and motivate those seeking
amazing portraiture, wedding or event photography and creative story telling. As we move forward we aim to keep our content fresh and informative.Whether
you are a bride-to-be, professional photographer, or just a fan of pictures and love stories you will find something here that will help you see the world through
fresh perspectives and new eyes.

We will be posting in five different categories. (Motivate + Inspire) will be full of creative ideas to give you a little pick me up. (News + Events) is an area
for the most up to date business news at Eyes 2 See Photography. We will also  talk about what happens behind the scenes at our studio with a few personal side
notes sprinkled in for good measure. (Love + Life) will be our tastiest recent work in both weddings and lifestyle photography. (Take 5) is an ongoing video
segment that is all about photography and making meaningful images. This is not to be missed if you are interested in a fresh conversation about photography.
We will discuss technique and technical issues as well as developing a personal vision. (Final Frame) will examine an one image that deserves  some extra
love and analysis.

A few years ago at the LaCour Business of Story Telling Workshop in Atlanta I gave a presentation about a photographers creative calling.
This is my heart and the words bare repeating.

“Photography is not just a business, it’s a calling. Our immediate challenge is to see our community, neighborhood, and work as a visual
landscape that speaks a language in need of translation. I want you to be infected with a new desire to see your life through new eyes.

Our job is to change the world with the gift of sight. The world spins around in a blur of average moments and lost memories. Your pictures
can cause people to stand still and drink in beauty or cry at injustice. In addition your creativity can ignite a renewed sense of wonder inside
those that are around you as well as those on the other side of the world.

This is your calling: To live as a picture pastor that brings new eyes to an image saturated landscape. To help us move our focus from
the trite and trivial to the substantial and real. To be a visual philosopher who thinks critically about the world around and captures moments
of beauty with a childlike curiousity and enthusiasm.

Dave and Sarah had an exquisite wedding at the Christ Church of the Ascension followed by a beautiful reception at the Millennium Resort in Scottsdale
Arizona. The wedding was planned and executed by Sarah and her mother who were very detailed in there planning and would keep us laughing during
our meetings. Dave is an outdoorsmen who’s gentle nature puts you at ease as soon as you meet him. Their wedding and reception had an authentic
elegance that mixed tradition with a dose of playful celebration.
